The sign up page and numerous banners on the website state that our subscription fee is for ONE year’s unlimited access. We get dozens of emails from people asking if the fees are for monthly subscriptions, they are usually shocked to find that our yearly fees are so cheap!

I have paid but I can`t login?

First of all check the email account that you used to signed up. We send out confirmation emails along with login details as soon as payment is received. Please also check any bulk email folders you may have. If you are still experiencing problems it could be that you have entered the wrong email details, maybe a spelling mistake. Your email address becomes your username so it`s important to enter the correct address. If you are having trouble logging in, contact us using the contact form and we can use IP address log to find your account information in our database.

My account says it should run until (insert month here) but it is saying expired?

The membership script runs in American date format i.e. mm/dd/yy. So 6/11 is actually 11th June.

Does this work on a Mac?

Unfortunately the p2p packages used to back up main streams do not work on Mac`s. You will need to install flip mac which allows you access windows media player links on Mac`s. The majority of our links are media player links meaning with flip mac you can enjoy the same service as our PC subscribers.
