NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Bank of American 500 Live

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will next race in Charlotte, North Carolina on Saturday, October 15^th at 7:30PM Eastern. It happens at the Charlotte Motor Speedway and is called the Bank of America 500, which will be the 31^st race of the year for the series. There are just five races to go after this one, with the next held on October 23^rd at the Talladega Superspeedway, and then other events include the Tum's Fast Relief 500 at Martinsville, the AAA Texas 500 at the Texas Motor Speedway and the final Sprint Cup race of the year at the Homestead-Miami circuit.

Carl Edwards leads the standings right now. He is the number one driver in the Sprint Cup table with 2161 points. Kevin Harvick is second and Jimmie Johnson takes third. Brad Keselowski and Matt Kenseth are fourth and fifth. Kurt Busch, Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch are sixth, seventh and eighth and then Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jeff Gordon are the ninth and tenth placed drivers.
