GP Philip Island Australia Live

Coming up on the World SBK Championship, the season will kick off at GP Philip Island in Australia starting 24^th of February. This will begin a brand new season of this exciting championship and they will be racing at the world famous Phillip Island Circuit. Free practice and qualifying practice will start on February 24^th, with another qualifying and free practice on Saturday along with three Super Pole sessions. The warm up will begin on Sunday, February 26^th, at 9:20PM and then the actual race will start later that day at 12:00PM.

In the Superbikes last year, Carlos Checa with Ducati came in first place with 505 points. Marco Meladri with Yamaha came in second with 395 and then Max Biaggi was third. Eugene Laverty and Leon Haslam were fourth and fifth and then sixth place was taken by Sylvain Guintoli. The remaining drivers were Leon Camier, Noryuki Haga and Jonathan Rea.
